A Centered, Compassionate Approach to Tween & Teen Therapy
Meet Paige
THERAPIST
Paige Pepper, LPC
Hi, I’m Paige Pepper, a Wisconsin licensed therapist passionate about creating safe, supportive spaces for tweens and teens to be exactly who they are—without fear, pressure, or judgment.
I know how overwhelming it can feel for young people to navigate identity, emotions, relationships, and life transitions—especially when they’re still figuring out who they are and where they belong. I offer a calm, affirming space where they can slow down, speak freely, and feel truly heard.
My work is rooted in a person-centered and trauma-informed approach, which means I don’t come in with an agenda. Instead, I meet each client where they are—with curiosity, compassion, and respect for their lived experience. Therapy with me isn’t about “fixing”—it’s about connection, reflection, and growth.
I specialize in supporting clients through:
Grief and loss, in all its forms
LGBTQ+ identity exploration and affirmation
Spiritual or existential questioning
Emotion regulation, self-esteem, and relationship challenges
Whether it’s through conversation, creativity, or quiet reflection, I help tweens and teens access their own strengths and feel more confident in who they are. I’m here to hold space for the hard stuff and celebrate the small wins along the way.
Outside of therapy, I value rest, nature, creative expression, and meaningful conversations. I bring that same grounded, thoughtful energy into my sessions—with room for both the serious and the silly.
If you’re curious about working together, I’d love to connect and see how I can support you or your child.
